The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:

• in the case of regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the day you receive the first item; or
  
• in the case of services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the day the contract is concluded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items
  
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  
• Sealed audio, video recordings, or software once unsealed after delivery
  
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
  
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with prior express consent
  

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the time you notify us of withdrawal.
