Ulefone Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Rights Statement

  • For smartphones, customers can enjoy a 12-month free repair warranty at the Ulefone Store.
  • For non-human damage, we provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within one year from the date of purchase, buyers can contact us for product repairs. (Buyers pay for return shipping, and we pay for shipping the repaired product back to the buyer.)
  • If the phone requires replacement due to human damage, you will be responsible for the additional cost of the replacement part and repair, as well as the shipping costs both ways.
  • This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights provided by the laws of your country, province, or state.
  • Some jurisdictions may provide for longer statutory minimum warranty periods. Ulefone will not exclude, limit, or suspend your statutory rights unless expressly permitted by law.
  • You are advised to consult local consumer protection laws to fully understand your rights.

II. Limited Warranty Coverage

  • Coverage: Ulefone products in the possession of the original purchaser.
  • Coverage: The product is free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty Period: For smartphones, customers can enjoy a 12-month free repair warranty at the Ulefone Store.
  • Disclaimer: Ulefone does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products.

III. Repair Service Options

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if a hardware defect is confirmed and Ulefone receives a valid claim, Ulefone will provide the following options: a) Free repair; b) Replacement of a new or refurbished product of the same model; c) Refund of the order amount (excluding shipping costs).
  • For non-human damage, we provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within one year from the date of purchase, buyers can contact us for product repairs. (Buyers pay for return shipping, and we cover the return shipping of the repaired product to the buyer.)
  • If a replacement component is required due to human damage, you will be responsible for the additional cost of the replacement component and repair, as well as the return shipping costs.

IV. Scope of Warranty Service

  • Service Options: During the warranty period, if a hardware defect is confirmed and a valid claim application is reviewed and approved by Ulefone, Ulefone will provide one of the following solutions:
    • Free repair service (using brand-new or refurbished parts)
    • Replacement with a brand-new or refurbished product of the same model
    • Full refund of the order amount (excluding shipping fees).
  • Note: All our products have obtained Google GMS certification prior to shipment and fully comply with the relevant specifications of the Android system. If a device malfunctions due to the installation and use of third-party applications, the root cause may lie in third-party app compatibility issues or the Google system itself. For malfunctions caused by software or third-party applications that can be resolved via remote guidance, should the customer refuse to follow the remote operation instructions but still insist on returning the product, such cases shall not be deemed as product quality issues and will be handled in accordance with the provisions of "1. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons".

V. Limitation of Liability

• Implied Warranties: Unless prohibited by law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

• Damages: Ulefone is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, damages resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, or damages arising under any other legal theory, unless otherwise provided by law.

VI. Warranty Service Process

● Application Requirements:

  • Providing proof of purchase and product IMEI.
  • Users are responsible for backing up their data; Ulefone assumes no liability for data loss.

● Repair Procedure:

1. Contact customer service to obtain a service RMA number (orders returned to the warehouse without a number will not be accepted).
2. Back up and erase personal data, then mail the device to the designated address (tracking information must be provided promptly after shipment. Orders returned to the warehouse will not be accepted if the warehouse fails to sign for the device due to failure to provide tracking information or the device is lost in transit).
3. After the repair is completed, the device will be shipped back to the customer using the default shipping method (expedited shipping is at the customer's expense).

● Cost Description:

  • During the warranty period: For products that can be repaired free of charge under the warranty policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Non-warranty repairs: Customers are responsible for parts, repair, and round-trip shipping.

VII. Other Terms

If any terms are deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining terms will not be affected.

Ulefone reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and is subject to applicable laws.
